Inclusion Criteria

All adult patients attending dermatology outpatient department presenting with Hand eczema.

Exclusion Criteria

Age < 18years

Patient with other hand dermatoses, apart from hand eczema, will be excluded with the help of an experienced clinical investigator and necessary investigations

Pregnancy, lactation

ïâ??·Patients on Topical and systemic steroids and immunosuppressive agents.
