It meets the diagnostic criteria of hallux valgus. Patients who failed systematic conservative treatment and needed surgical treatment; No surgical contraindications; Those who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Gout arthritis rheumatoid arthritis and other connective tissue diseases; Congenital foot deformity and external injury; Patients with a history of forefoot surgery (including joint fusion and arthroplasty); Patients with other serious spine, hip, knee and ankle joint diseases; Patients with severe diabetes; Patients with acute infectious diseases; Severe nerve injury was not included in this study.
