Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patient older than 18 years; unconscious patient with GCS\<10, without blink reflex; patients without clear facial and eye injuries; patients without eye dryness before admission according to escort saying; patients without eye surgery according to escort saying.
- •Exclusion criteria: if study period did not completion with due attention to death, transfer, improvement and releasing; to return cornea reflex and increase GCS; erosion and injury arising of resort or other medical errors; admission time lower of 7 days.
