Inclusion Criteria

Both informed consent (from participating adolescents and their parents in case of minors).
Children and adolescents are included in the present clinical trial if they endorse any form of mental health problems, including: serious suicide thoughts or attempts in the past two weeks, a score above 19 points on the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire total score. Further, children and adolescents will be included if they report the following: Body Mass Index (BMI) < 5th percentile (adjusted for age and gender) AND concurrent fear of weight gain OR current alcohol use disorder OR a score above 14 on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9.

non-sufficient German language skills, no access to the internet

Secondary Outcome Measures

Secondary outcomes are frequency of contacts to the professional mental health care system, time to first contact within the professional mental health care system as well as symptom development after 1- and 2-year follow-up.
