Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Stroke patient group
  • \- 20 years of age or older
  • \- Patients with stroke onset \=1 month
  • \- Patients with an NIHSS score of 1 or greater to 20 or less
  • \- After receiving a detailed explanation of the study and fully understanding it, the subject or his/her legal representative has voluntarily decided to participate and has given written consent to comply with the precautions.
  • Normal adult group
  • \- 20 years of age or older
  • \- Able to perform independent activities of daily living
  • \- After receiving a detailed explanation of the study and fully understanding it, the subject has voluntarily decided to participate and has given written consent to comply with the precautions.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Stroke patient group
  • \- Patients with systemic infectious disease at the time of study entry
  • \- Patients with impaired capacity to consent (MMSE less than 10\) who are not accompanied by a caregiver.
  • \- Subjects with severe internal medical conditions, including unstable conditions of the cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, and endocrine systems, who are in poor general condition.
  • \- Any other condition that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation in this study.
  • (Patients who are participating in other clinical trials or studies, or who have participated in other clinical trials or studies within the past 30 days, may be eligible to participate in this study).
  • Normal adult group
  • Patients with 1 or more of the following are not eligible to participate in the study
  • \- Scoring below normal for age and education on the K\-MoCA (Korean version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment) test.
  • \- Subjects with Residual disability due to brain disease (stroke, brain tumor, cerebral palsy, dementia, Parkinson's disease, etc.
