Age 20-75 years
Diagnosed cirrhosis(CTP B/C) and imaging study confirmed
Risk of malnutrition
Serum albumin < 3.5 mg/dL
BMI ≤ 18.5 kg/m2 or
Scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment ≥ 4 or
Midarm muscle circumference (MAMC) ≤ 23.4 cm. for male, ≤ 21.3 cm. for female
Malnutrition associated disease
Advanced chronic disease : Heart failure, Chronic kidney disease Stage ≥ 3, Insulin dependent diabetic mellitus
Protein loosing disease : Protein loosing enteropathy, Nephrotic syndrome, active exfoliative skin disease
Active malignancy
Problem of enteral feeding : Dysphagia, bowel obstruction
Intravenous albumin used
