Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •older adults aged \> 60 years
- •healthy adults have been defined normal cognitive which have been assessed by mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE)
- •older adults with impairment of cognitive have been defined by using MMSE
- •able to walk and understand Thai language
Exclusion Criteria
- •has been history cardiovascular disease, has fever
- •resting heart rate more than 120 bpm, uncontrolled blood pressure
