(1) Heart-failure with low EF <30% (2) Renal dysfunction with eGFR <45 mL/min/1.73 m2 (3) Allergy against contrast medium, unable to receive coronary CT for some reason (e.g. claustrophobia) (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women (5) Already enrolled in other clinical trials (6) Coronary CT performed prior to enrollment (7) Not suitable for the study based on doctor's discretion
