Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All of the following
  • •1\.Preterm neonates
  • •2\.Small for gestation age infants ( \<10th percentile on Fenton preterm growth chart)
  • •3\.VLBW ( \<1500 gm)
  • •4\.Parental Consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Any of the following
  • •1\.Absent/Revrsal end diastolic flow in umbilical artery
  • •2\.Major congenital malformation
  • •3\.Hemodynamic instability
  • •4\.Multiple gestation.
  • •5\.Meningitis
  • •6\.IVH grade (3/4\)
