Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Changes in the control of the trunk and knee joint after a training based on core stability will be compared to the results obtained after a perturbation training based on lateral reactive jumps.
Kinematical data of the trunk (flexion, rotation, laetral flexion of the trunk with respect to the pelvis segment) will provide information about the control of the trunk. Knee joint moment values will give some insight in the control of the knee joint.
Measurements will take place before the 5 weeks training (baseline) and after this training (post measurement).
