Inclusion Criteria
Healthy female athletes, playing soccer, basketball or handball with no previous neurological irregularities or injuries of the lower extremity. No experience with core stability training.
Exclusion Criteria
Neurological or orthopadic diseases, chronic deseases, concurrent participation in other studies, experience with core stability training.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in the control of the trunk and knee joint after a training based on core stability will be compared to the results obtained after a perturbation training based on lateral reactive jumps.<br>Kinematical data of the trunk (flexion, rotation, laetral flexion of the trunk with respect to the pelvis segment) will provide information about the control of the trunk. Knee joint moment values will give some insight in the control of the knee joint.<br>Measurements will take place before the 5 weeks training (baseline) and after this training (post measurement).<br>
