•1 Age group between 30-70 years of either sex
•2 Patients on stable type 2 diabetes treatment
•3 Patients who will be having positive readings for microalbuminuria for 2 readings in a gap of 90 days in type 2 Diabetes mellitus

•1 Type 1 diabetes
•2 Increased serum urea &creatinine
•3 Fatigue syndrome
•4 Patients with UTI
•5 Pregnant & Lactating mothers
•6 Patients with other systemic disorders like IHD CKD TB AIDS
•7 Patients who have a past history of MI stroke or severe Arrhythmia severe pulmonary dysfunction which interferes with the treatment will be excluded
