Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Individuals who have engaged in non\-suicidal self\-injury at least 5 times in their life.
  • •2\. Individuals who have reported a subjective sense of self\-recovery.
  • •3\. Individuals who are fluent in English.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric or neuro\-developmental disorder, as reported by the participants.
  • •2\. Individuals who have sought help from any mental health professional, as reported by the participants.
  • •3\. Consenting participants who have severe or extremely severe depression, anxiety or stress as indicated by DASS\-21\.
