Inclusion Criteria
1. Individuals who have engaged in non-suicidal self-injury at least 5 times in their life.
2. Individuals who have reported a subjective sense of self-recovery.
3. Individuals who are fluent in English.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric or neuro-developmental disorder, as reported by the participants.
2. Individuals who have sought help from any mental health professional, as reported by the participants.
3. Consenting participants who have severe or extremely severe depression, anxiety or stress as indicated by DASS-21.
