入选标准
- •1. Patients scheduled for surgery under spinal anesthesia
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I~III
- •(I is a normal healthy patient, II is patient with mild systemic disease and III is patient with moderate systemic disease).
- •3. 19 ~ 70 year old
排除标准
- •- Conversion to general anesthesia before the end of surgery
- •- Core temperature measured in the preoperative ward = 37.6°C or < 36.0°C
- •- Obesity (Body mass index >35 kg/m2)
- •- Uncontrolled diabetes
- •- Abnormal thyroid function
- •- Contraindications to spinal anesthesia
- •- Infection
- •- Psychiatric patients
- •- Patients with cognitive impairment
