Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 18 or above, diagnosed with heart failure, classified as New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II-IV, conscious clear, capable of communicating in Mandarin or Taiwanese, and totally independent in activities of daily living.
Exclusion Criteria
Dementia and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
