Severe and chronic mental illnesses, e.g. Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder. Study participants are the mental health workers (community-based) who support individuals with aforementioned health conditions.

2. No prior formal experience in CRM
3. Consent to participant in research process

Exclusion Criteria

1. Not working within randomised site
2. Participated in CRM training prior to study
