non-institutionalized and Institutionalized individuals; age group 6 to 16 years; signing of the consent term; signing of the assent term; individuals with reading and writing skills.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals with physical deficits, cognitive and visual.

Name Time Method Expected outcome: Motor learning impairment of institutionalized children and adolescents compared to individuals with typical motor development.<br>Motor learning was analyzed by the Coincident Timing task in computer.;Expected outcome 2: Deficit of psychomotor development of institutionalized children and adolescents compared to individuals with typical motor development. Reviewed by Bateria Psicomotora (BPM).;Expected outcome 3: Deficit in motor control of institutionalized children and adolescents compared to individuals with typical motor development. Evaluated by Fitts Reciprocal Aiming Task speed software 1.0 (Horizontal).;Expected outcome 4: Deficit in reaction time of institutionalized children and adolescents compared to individuals with typical motor development. Evaluated by software Reaction Time Task (TRT).
