- •Age 18-80 years
- •American Society of Anesthesiologist 1,2,3
- •Emergency surgery under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •Mouth opening less than 3 finger breath in lying down position
- •Neck contracture or irradiation
- •Pathology of the upper respiratory tract
- •Difficult airway requiring awake fibreoptic intubation
- •Patients received intubated in emergency operation theatre
- •Patients with BMI >30kg/m2
- •Patients who will not be extubated post operatively
- •Patients refusing to give consent
- •Patients who are hemodynamically unstable
