To find out the effect of Chitraka Pratisaraneeya Teekshna Kshara in Abhyantara Arshas by observing changes in state and size of pile mass

研究概览

简要总结

Hemorrhoids is abnormal sliding of anal cushions due to straining, constipation, low fibre diet and hereditary. Similarly Arshas one among ashtamahagada is caused due to sahajatani, virudhahara sevana, vegadharana which lead to derangement of doshas affecting gudavalli. Here Chitraka Pratisaraneeya Teekshna Kshara will be used in Abhyantara Arshas. 30 patients will be selected who will fulfill the inclusion criteria for study for study and patient will be assessed before and after the treatment.

入选标准

  • Patients between the age group of 18-70 years.
  • Diagnosed case of Internal Haemorrhoids.

排除标准

  • External Haemorrhoids, Intero External Haemorroids.
  • Haemorrhoids with complications like thrombosed, infected, strangulated, prolapsed.
  • Haemorrhoids associated with malignancy, pregnancy, fistula-in-ano, ulcerative colitis, proctitis, abscess, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic liver disease, HBsAg, HIV, tuberculosis.

To find out the effect of Chitraka Pratisaraneeya Teekshna Kshara in Abhyantara Arshas by observing changes in state and size of pile mass

  • Observing changes in VAS scale, state and size of hemorrhoids(45days)
