Patients with history of minor recurrent aphthous stomatitis with 1-3 minor aphthous ulcer per outbreak and 2-5 episodes per year will be selected and each ulcer should last more than 5 days.
1) Patients allergic to montelukast.
2) Subjects with any known case of systemic disorders, psychiatric disorders, with special health care needs
3) Subjects with RAS lesions along with skin, other mucosal involvements, traumatic ulcers, drug induced ulcers or RAS like lesions.
4) Pregnant and lactating mothers.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Decrease of pain due to ulcer using Visual Analogue scale(VAS),decrease in number of ulcers,decrease in number of days needed for healing of ulcers.Timepoint: 1st month, 2nd month and 6th month after treatment
