Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? The clinical diagnosis was first unilateral cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, which was confirmed by head CT or MRI; ? dysphagia was found in repeated saliva swallowing test and WADA drinking water test; ? the duration of stroke and dysphagia was between 1\-6 months; ? the patient had clear mind, stable vital signs, no fever and pulmonary infection; ? the age was 50\-75 years old; ? informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Those who have a history of stroke; ?those who have a history of dysphagia;? those who have severe cognitive impairment and aphasia; ?those who can't complete the head MRI examination and can't cooperate with the examination and treatment.
