Inclusion Criteria
People from 18 years to 30 years old; men; physically active; without comorbidities; available to participate in all stages of the research.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals who have a history of musculoskeletal injuries in the lower limbs or who make; impossible to carry out the actions proposed in the study; who have cardiovascular diseases and hypertension; who have not used caffeine 2 hours before the evaluation will not participate in the study; who will not sign the consent form of the search.

Name Time Method It is expected to find an improvement in the functional performance capacity in the aspects of pain, torque generation, muscle quality, evaluated by performance with the use of the algometer, jumping platform and isokinetic, and echointensity. Collected during 5 days of intervention and compared to each other.
