Hypercapnia under established beta blocker therapy or established therapy by implanted cardiac devices (PM, CRT, ICD) or persistent hypercapnia under NIV therapy and established beta blocker therapy or established therapy by implanted cardiac devices (PM, CRT, ICD)
1. aortic valve insufficiencies,
2. artrial fibrillation,
3. ejection fraction <40%,
4. high amount of ventricular extra systoles,
5. instable coronary heart disease,
6. tachycardic supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias,
7. Myokard infarktion < 6 Monate,
8. hypertensive blood pressure situation
