Inclusion Criteria
(1) Epithelial ovarian cancer patients
(2) Clinically stage I,II epithelial ovarian cancer
(3) Patients undergoing staging operation
Exclusion Criteria
(1) radiologically advanced epithelial ovarian cancer patients
(2) Other primary cancer : cervix, colon, endometrium
(3) Other histotype
(4) Lack of clinical information or loss of follow-up during treatment
(5) Vaginal approach operation
(6) If a lesion of the extrapelvic cavity is confirmed during surgery

Name Time Method Pre-diagnosis information- Imaging pelvic and aortic lymph node metastasis, tumor marker (CA 125) level/ Treatment Method – Initial treatment, surgical method, pelvic and aortic lymph node dissection, number of lymph nodes obtained during surgery, presence of residual lesions/ Factors influencing patient outcomes during surgery - surgery time, blood loss, presence of transfusion, presence or absence of intensive care unit treatment, presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, length of hospital stay Histopathological examination and FIGO staging
