Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patients undergoing rehabilitation following tendon repair surgery of hand 1 week to 6 weeks duration
  • 2 ASA 1 and 2 patients of age 15 years to 45 years
  • 3 No history of neurological or cognitive dysfunction
  • 4 Can perform hands movements without assistance

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 History of susceptibility to motion sickness
  • 2 History of claustrophobia
  • 3 Patients reported a feeling of anxiety or discomfort viewing 3 D environment
  • 4 Patients with psychiatric illness and seizure disorder
  • 5 Patients with injury to shoulder or elbow joints
