Inclusion Criteria
1. Participants aged 60 and over who were diagnosed DM as T2DM by the physician and receiving treatment at the Kaengkhoi hospital.
2. No communication problem.
3. Participate with volunteer.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants who had other co-existing systemic conditions that resulting in dry mouth condition.
2. Participants who had psychotic disorder.
3. Unable to travel to participate in research.
