Age 18 years to 30 years.
Confirmed Keratoconus cases on Pentacam.
Kmax more than equal to 48 Dioptre.
Minimum corneal thickness 430 to 490 micron.
Willing to give informed consent.
Willing to use Rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lens post CXL.
Willing for follow up.
Patients not willing to consent
Patients not willing to use RGP contact lens post CXL.
Patients not willing for follow-up
Minimum Corneal thickness less than 430.
Any sign of corneal scar or history of hydrops
Prolonged epithelial defect
