Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Community dwelling older adults as well as staying in old age home.
  • •2\. Able to communicate
  • •3\. Individuals who can walk with/without assistive devices.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Individuals who are not cooperative.
  • •2\. Individuals who are mentally challenged.
  • •3\. Individuals with any neurological conditions leading to fall. (Stroke, Parkinsonâ??s disease, neuropathic conditions, vestibular conditions)
  • •4\. Individuals unable to follow instructions.
  • •5\. Unstable chronic conditions. (uncontrolled DM, HTN)
