Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Community dwelling older adults as well as staying in old age home.
- •2\. Able to communicate
- •3\. Individuals who can walk with/without assistive devices.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals who are not cooperative.
- •2\. Individuals who are mentally challenged.
- •3\. Individuals with any neurological conditions leading to fall. (Stroke, Parkinsonâ??s disease, neuropathic conditions, vestibular conditions)
- •4\. Individuals unable to follow instructions.
- •5\. Unstable chronic conditions. (uncontrolled DM, HTN)
