Inclusion Criteria
- •patients who aged 18 years or more
- •patients who signed on informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients (age \<18 years)
- •pregnant women
- •breast feeding women
- •valvular atrial fibrillation
- •patients who requires anti\-coagulation with other reasons such as mechanical valves, pulmonary thromboembolism, deep vein thrombosis, etc.
- •patients who do not sign on informed consent form.
