Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patient willing to participate in the study.
  • •Adult patients with pituitary tumours admitted for surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Known case of psychiatric disorder
  • •Patient with other co morbidities e.g. diabetic inspidus
  • •Any sinonasal surgery due to any other disorder
  • •Visual impairment due to any other disorder
  • •Communication defect
  • •Nasal polypus
