- •Patient willing to participate in the study.
- •Adult patients with pituitary tumours admitted for surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known case of psychiatric disorder
- •Patient with other co morbidities e.g. diabetic inspidus
- •Any sinonasal surgery due to any other disorder
- •Visual impairment due to any other disorder
- •Communication defect
- •Nasal polypus
