1 Subjects with classical features of Sandhigatavata
2 Yogya for Agnikarma
1 Patient below 45 years and above 70 years age
2 Patients with known cases of diabetes mellitus rheumatoid arthritis
3 Patients with a history of diseases such as paralysis Parkinsons disease severe anemia and cancer patients
4 Patients with History of Secondary Osteoarthritis due to tuberculosis syphilis AIDS leprosy
5 Patients with past history of any type of surgery over the knee joint
6 Ayogya for Agnikarma Pittaprakriti Raktapitti Bhiru Durbala Vranapidita Asweda Pittajakala

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1 VAS (by WONG-BAKER Face Rating Scale ) <br/ ><br>2 VDS <br/ ><br>3 Crepitus over knee joint will be graded from 0 to 2 <br/ ><br>4 Tenderness will be graded from 0 to 4 <br/ ><br>5 Site of maximum tenderness over the knee joint area <br/ ><br>6 ROM: Range of moments will be assessed by angle in affected knee by Goniometry before and after treatment <br/ ><br>7 Blood sample: Inflammatory markers will be assessed by systemic venous blood before treatment, after 24hrs of treatment and after one week after the intervention <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Blood sample assessment <br/ ><br>before treatment <br/ ><br>after 24 hours of treatment <br/ ><br>3 after 1 week systemic venous blood <br/ ><br>complete assessment <br/ ><br>before treatment <br/ ><br>immediate after procedure after 24 hours <br/ ><br>3rd day <br/ ><br>7th day <br/ ><br>
