Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients with renal calculus with age 18 to 70 years who are undergoing PC
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient younger than eighteen years of age.
- •Presence of active urinary tract infection
- •Antibiotic use within last month for other causes
- •Patient with a stent, nephrostomy tube or indwelling catheter
- •Patient with stricture disease
- •Patient with benign prostatic hypertrophy (Prostate size \> 40 gm )
- •Patient with Solitary kidney
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus
- •Patient with chronic kidney disease ( GFR \< 60 ml/min)
- •Patient on immunosuppression treatment
