Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All patients with renal calculus with age 18 to 70 years who are undergoing PC

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient younger than eighteen years of age.
  • Presence of active urinary tract infection
  • Antibiotic use within last month for other causes
  • Patient with a stent, nephrostomy tube or indwelling catheter
  • Patient with stricture disease
  • Patient with benign prostatic hypertrophy (Prostate size \> 40 gm )
  • Patient with Solitary kidney
  • Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus
  • Patient with chronic kidney disease ( GFR \< 60 ml/min)
  • Patient on immunosuppression treatment
