the emotionally disturbed mother's of children with Intellectual disability comorbid with autism Spectrum Disorder is included. only the participants whose children are enrolled and diagnosed by the institution for special children are included. the mother's who know who to read and write are included. the participants taking any sort of other psychological services are excluded. the participants suffering from other psychiatric illness are excluded.

Name Time Method the study will reveled significant results from the CBT, participants improve their emotional disturbance, self-compassion, life-satisfaction and reduce psychological distress study would be completed within 6 months. After initial screening participants would be enrolled into groups after pre assessment intervention will given to experimental group after post assessment comparison between groups will measured
