Inclusion Criteria

Patients with typical clinical features pertaining to the De Quervain tenosynovitis.

ii. Age 30-60 year.

iii. Either gender.

iv. Patients willing to undergo trial.

Exclusion Criteria

i. Not willing to undergo trial.

ii. Suffering from specific variety of arthritis affecting wrist joint. iii. Patients suffering from entrapment of radial nerve syndrome. iv. Patients having any surgical procedure involving wrist. v. Diabetic patients. vi. Patients having malignancies, hepatic, cardiac and renal disorders. vii. Endometrial disorders. viii. Severely anaemic, malnourished and deficiency disorders.
