Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. A score of \=24 on mini mental state examination.
  • •2\. Modified rankin scale equal or less than 3\.
  • •3\. Patients with brunnstrom stage for hand and leg more than or equal to 4
  • •4\. Modified ashworth scale less or equal to 2\.
  • •5\. Be able to understand and follow instructions

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with balance disturbance due to neurological disorders other than stroke (e.g. Parkinson’s
  • •disease, inner ear, vestibular or cerebellar dysfunctions).
  • •2\. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or symptomatic cardiac failure or unstable angina.
  • •3\. Acute stroke (flaccid stage).
  • •4\. Physician determined unstable cardiovascular conditions.
  • •5\. Patient diagnosed with the failure of vital organ, such as lungs, heart and kidneys.
  • •6\. Patients with any traumatic musculoskeletal injury to lower limbs
