简要总结
This study aims to examine the acute effects of a low-volume bilateral pogo jump protocol on CMJ and DJ performance, as well as its feasibility and immediate tolerance in adolescent male basketball players.
详细描述
This study aims to investigate whether a low-volume bilateral pogo jump protocol can induce post-activation performance enhancement (PAPE) in adolescent male basketball players. Using a randomized crossover design, participants will complete both a pogo jump intervention and a light walking control condition, with countermovement jump (CMJ) and drop jump (DJ) performance assessed before and one minute after each condition. The study will also evaluate the immediate tolerance and field feasibility of this microdose plyometric protocol.

研究组 & 干预措施
CONTROL
Participants will walk continuously at a comfortable, low intensity for approximately 3 min, without running, jumping, or abrupt changes of pace. The duration will be selected to approximate that of the experimental condition.
干预措施: CONTROL (Other)
POGO-JUMP
Participants will perform 3 sets of 8 consecutive bilateral pogo jumps (24 ground contacts in total), with 1 min of passive recovery between sets. They will be instructed to jump with maximal intent, minimize ground contact time, and maintain relative knee extension while avoiding a deep countermovement.
干预措施: POGO-JUMP (Other)
结局指标
主要结局
Countermovement jump (CMJ) height (cm)
时间窗: Before and after the intervention
Participants will stand upright with their hands on their hips and perform a self-selected countermovement followed immediately by a maximal vertical jump. Jump height (cm) will be calculated from flight time recorded using the Chronojump Boscosystem contact platform.
Drop jump (DJ) height (cm)
时间窗: Before and after the intervention
Participants will step off an 18 cm box, land with both feet simultaneously, and immediately perform a maximal vertical jump while minimizing ground contact time. Jump height (cm) will be calculated from flight time recorded using the Chronojump Boscosystem contact platform.
Countermovement jump (CMJ) height (cm)
时间窗: Baseline and immediately after the intervention
Participants will stand upright with their hands on their hips and perform a self-selected countermovement followed immediately by a maximal vertical jump. Jump height (cm) will be calculated from flight time recorded using the Chronojump Boscosystem contact platform.
Drop jump (DJ) height (cm)
时间窗: Baseline and immediately after the intervention
