Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group : 25\-50 yrs.
- •Working at least 8 hrs per day since last 5 yrs.
- •Not taking any kind of medication
- •Both male and female
- •Non smokers and non tobacco chewers
Exclusion Criteria
- •Uncooperative patients
- •With any respiratory or cardiac disease
- •Rib or spine fracture
- •Any chest or neck deformity or contracture
- •Any abdominal surgery within last 6 months
