Inclusion Criteria
Age group : 25-50 yrs.
Working at least 8 hrs per day since last 5 yrs.
Not taking any kind of medication
Both male and female
Normal BMI
Non smokers and non tobacco chewers
Exclusion Criteria
Uncooperative patients
With any respiratory or cardiac disease
Rib or spine fracture
Any chest or neck deformity or contracture
Any abdominal surgery within last 6 months
