- •Participants need to be age > 18, have diagnosed or suspected hypertension as judged by their clinician, be able to speak and answer on their own, have their own phone, have a clinician-requested follow-up visit for hypertension care that it at least 7 days after their initial visit, and consent to participate in our study.

- •Those who do not meet our inclusion criteria.
