• Minimum of 18 years of age
• native language German
• unilateral CI
• Naída CI Q70 or Q90 sound processor
• Contralateral hearing aid
• Minimum of six months experience with HA and CI
• 65% speech intelligibility for the OlSa in S0N0 eith CI only
• Contralateral unaided hearing thresholds 90 dB at frequencies from 125 to 8,000 Hz

Name Time Method The speech intelligibility in noise was measured with the German Matrix Test Olderburger Satztest in dB SNR in the bimodal condition. The hearing aid was fitted either with the APDB fitting formula or with the new fitting formula BFFMT.
