Pain in the lower limbs showing mild to moderate tortuous dilated vein involving great saphenous vein and small saphenous vein with or without perforator incompetence and spider veins
Ankle oedema, skin changes, hyperpigmentation and itching in the lower extremities due to varicosities
Clinically diagnosed with primary varicose veins
Willing for admission in IPD for 48 days or willing to attend OPD regularly.
Patients who are willing to participate in this study with knowledge of potential risks and who are willing to sign the informed consent.
Patients with deep vein thrombosis
Patients with varicose ulcers
Patient with secondary varicosities
Patients with equines deformity and calcification
