Inclusion Criteria
Surgical residents willing to volunteer and practise Transcendental Meditation regularly
Exclusion Criteria
a) Surgical Residents who are practicing some form of Yoga or other meditation
b) Surgical Residents with cardiovascular/ neurological/
endocrinological disorders will be excluded.
