Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Neonates, infants and children under the age of six years scheduled for major abdominal surgery will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are already included into another clinical trial
- •\- Parents and or patients refusal to participate the study
- •\- Any contraindication for epidural anaesthesia like neurological disorders, coagulation disorders thrombocytopenia, severe sepsis, known allergic reaction to local anaesthetic, local infection on the injection site or spine malformations
