Patients of ASA class 1, 2
Undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube- includes general surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, neurosurgry
Exclusion Criteria
pregnant women
diagnosed OSA
Facial abnormalities
History of respiratory diseases
History of sleep disordered breathing
Patients on CPAP therapy
