Brief Summary

this comparative clinical study evaluated the effectiveness of eye exercise alone and eye exercise combined with viddhakarma in the management of timira simple myopia the results demonstrated improvement in visual acuity and reduction in refractive error and associated symptoms in both groups with comparatively better and sustained outcomes in the combined therapy group

Inclusion Criteria

  • participants with difficulty in distant vision participant in the age group 18-30 yrs irrespective of gender participants having visual acuity up to 6/24 b/e.

Exclusion Criteria

  • any systemic disease and medication that interferes with the intervention of current study participant suffering from inflammatory and disease of eyeball and its appendages participant who has a history of any disease at the site of puncture pregnant women participant with other types of myopia congenital myopia progressive myopia or acquired myopia participant with congenital cataract and corneal opacity.
