Inclusion Criteria
1 All women undergoing hysterectomy through open abdominal route for benign and malignant indications.
2 Patient ASA score 1-3.
3 The subject should meet social requirements for early discharge, proximity to hospital and presence of caregiver at home.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Women with sepsis or bleeding tendency
2 Those undergoing emergency surgery
