Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia with GDS of 2 to 5 or MMSE standards of 16% or less
  • •\- Patients with at least one upper limb muscle strength of grade 4 or higher in the manual muscle strength test

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- patient with a visual or auditory impairment
  • •\- patient with high risk of falls (40 points or less on the Berg balance scale of)
  • •\- patient with difficulties in understanding the training instructions
  • •\- patient with severe dizziness
  • •\- other reasons that the researcher determined to be inappropriate for participation in this study
