Inclusion Criteria
Patients with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia with GDS of 2 to 5 or MMSE standards of 16% or less
- Patients with at least one upper limb muscle strength of grade 4 or higher in the manual muscle strength test
Exclusion Criteria
- patient with a visual or auditory impairment
- patient with high risk of falls (40 points or less on the Berg balance scale of)
- patient with difficulties in understanding the training instructions
- patient with severe dizziness
- other reasons that the researcher determined to be inappropriate for participation in this study
