Inclusion Criteria

Patient have history of immediate reaction after wheat product consumption with at least 1 item followed by
(1) Positive oral food challenge test
(2) Positive skin prick test/sIgE
Current age less than 5 years

Exclusion Criteria

Patient have allergic reaction occur more than 4 hours
or
Clinical compatible with wheat-dependence exercise-induced anaphylaxis
