- •Patients who will undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia
- •American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical classification I or II
- •Patients who agree to participate in the study
排除标准
- •American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical classification = III
- •History of cervical spine surgery or herniated intervertebral disc
- •Possibility of difficult mask ventilation
- •Need of awake intubation
- •Risk of regurgitation and pulmonary aspiration
- •Craniofacial anomaly
- •History of severe burn in cervical area
- •Patients who reject to participate or cannot agree to the informed consent
